Yes, you can use Contributor, an Excel add-in. It's as easy as receiving a notification provided by Prophix One Workflow, which notifies you whenever there's work for you to complete. Simply click the link to open your Excel workbook and log in to Prophix One from within Excel. Perform data entry the same way as you are used to in Excel. Once done, you can save and submit your work, or if you are working offline, simply save it and submit it later.
